Our commitment

We are committed to providing an accessible experience for all users, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to continuously improve accessibility as our Site evolves.

Conformance status

• Target standard: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.

• Current status: Partially conformant — some parts of the content do not yet fully conform.

• Non-conformities / limitations (examples):

  • Some legacy pages may lack complete image alt text.

  • Occasional contrast issues on older visual components.

  • Certain embedded third-party widgets (e.g., video players, forms) may have keyboard focus or ARIA gaps outside our immediate control.

• We track and remediate these issues in our backlog; see Planned improvements below.

Measures we take

• Design system with accessible color, type, and spacing tokens.

• Semantic HTML, proper headings, labels, and landmarks (header/nav/main/footer).

• Keyboard navigability, visible focus states, and skip-to-content links.

• ARIA only where needed; prefer native elements.

• Captions/transcripts for multimedia where applicable.

• Regular audits (automated & manual) and developer training.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

We aim to support the two most recent versions of major browsers and OSs. The Site is designed to work with:

• Desktop: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari on Windows/macOS.

• Mobile: Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android.

• Assistive tech (tested periodically): VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA/JAWS (Windows).

Some features may not function with significantly older browsers/OSs.

Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on:

• HTML5, WAI-ARIA, CSS, JavaScript (progressive enhancement where possible).

• Hosting/CDN: [HOST/CDN].

• Third-party services: [VIDEO PROVIDER], [FORM/ANALYTICS PROVIDER], etc. We encourage these providers to support accessibility but cannot guarantee full conformance of their components.
