As such, no physical goods are shipped or delivered. However, we value transparency and have outlined this policy for your reference.

* VitalPaws provides a digital service through a mobile and web platform.
* All services (such as donor access, emergency contact facilitation, and matching) are delivered digitally and instantly via the app or website.
* There is no physical product shipment involved in any transaction.

2. Delivery Timeline

* Upon successful payment, access to paid features (such as donor information or emergency contact options) is granted        immediately.
* In rare cases, technical delays may occur. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, please contact us at the email below.

3. Service Area

Our platform is accessible globally; however, donor data and matching may be region-specific.
Availability of donor contact options depends on current listings in your location.

4. Failed Access or Delivery

* If you are unable to access the services you paid for, please contact us within 3 business days.
* We will investigate and provide a resolution or refund as per our Refund policy
