At VitalPaws, we strive to provide timely, life-saving connections between pet blood donors and pet owners in need.
However, we understand that there may be circumstances where cancellation or refund is necessary.
This policy outlines how we handle such requests.
1. Cancellation Policy
Donor Data Access Plans: Once a purchase is made for access to donor information or premium features, the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.
Subscription Plans (if applicable): You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle. Access will remain until the end of the current paid period.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service (connecting pet patients with available blood donors in real-time), we follow a strict no-refund policy for the following:
* Access fees to donor data or emergency contacts
* Charges for failed or unused matches
* Subscription fees for completed billing cycles
However, refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional cases:
* Duplicate payment made for the same service
* Payment debited but service not delivered due to technical error
In such cases, please email us within 3 days of the transaction at adat@datbots.com
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within **7–10 business days** via Razorpay back to the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
For any concerns, contact us directly before raising a dispute with Razorpay or your bank. We're committed to resolving issues promptly.

VitalPaws reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with a new effective date.
